Abstract (EN)
This study consists of teachers working in vocational high schools throughout the province of Izmir target universe. The sample of the study of development of the districts of Izmir, which was created by order of the layers determined by the method of randomly assigning teachers working in vocational institutions in all districts. During the research, a total of 698 teachers, and their opinions were achieved and they were evaluated.
