Vocatioonal high school students negative behauours effect on teachers in the classroom and workshop

Many technologic developments took place in the last century, these developments made factor more effective on the contrary of decreasing it. Because people should take the necessary knowledge in order to get the success.Being independent and to compete with others is possible only if you are not back of the time.People must have a well qualified job to succeed their targets. The most important role among establisments in education of well qualified person is belonged to Vocation Schools.These establishments must have well experienced highly educated staff as well as the technologic materials needed.One of the most important factor that affects the teachers while training the qualified worker is the negative behaviours of the students.Teachers should know how to cope up with these unwanted behaviours and bring solutions to these problems. If it is done,the students' both personal and professional qualifications are increased.In this observation;it is tried to understand the effects of negative behaviours of the students of Vocational Schools on their teachers in the classroom and workshop and it is tried to understand the behaviours which the teachers are effected most.Before the field observation, what the negative behaviours are,the reasons of these misbehaviours,the attitudes of the teachers against the students' misbehaviours and what they can do to stop these negative behaviours were all explored.After the application of the questionaire on two hundred teachers working in ten different Vocational High Schools located in Anatolian part of İstanbul, data were loaded to excell then analyzed by SPSS. Data were commented in discussion part and some advices were given about what the teachers should do against to these misbehaviours.As a result; it is seen that however they are happy working in Vocational High Schools, they are having some problems also.
