Inprovement of vocational-tecnical education and problems in being brought up tecnical teachers

In this reserch; it has been worked on determining vocational-tecnical education and tecnical teachers level of answering to the needs of society. To keep in step with our country?s scientific and tecnological improvements, it should have given the first importance to the vocational-tecnical education; besides these the solving suggestions for being brought up the teachers who are certain that they will becume knowledgable and skillful have been aimed. This research has been limited with the industrial foundations including vocational-tecnical schools for girls and boys, Trade and Tourism, Apperentice Education Centers. At the end of this research it has been understood that the source groups have the same points of vocational-tecnical education and tecnical teachers in our country. Being used the findigs, some suggestions on being brought up the brain and worgpower which the country needs have been presented so that vocational-tecnical education and tecnical teachers counld reach the dims which are defined before.
