Therelation ship between anger and anxiety with migraine attacks

The purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between anger and anxiety with migrain attacks. The sample of the research consisted with 89 migraine patiens who had applied to neurology policlinic. Participants join to the research voluntarly. The data of the research, collected by using '' State-Trait Anxiety Inventory'', ''Continuous Anger and Anger Expression Scale'', ''Midas Scale'' and demographic data form which created by researcher. The data, analyzed by using SPSS For Windows 15.00. Descriptive statistical methods were used in evaluation of the data. Pearson correlation, independent t-test and one way anova were used for examine the relationship between scores of the scale. According to findings of the research, there are positive correlations between migraine attacks and internal anger. On the other side, anger out cases and migraine attacks have negative correlation. Anger control cases and migraine attacks have positive correlation but these correlations are not significant. Trait Anxiety and internal anger have signifigant correlation but the relationship between them are not strong. The relationship between state anxiety and internal anger is very strong which is also significant correlation. Anger out cases and full of anxiety scale have significant correlation between them but this correlation is weak. On the other side, full of anxiety scale and migraine attacks have no strong and meaningful correlation. There are not any specific connections between gender and migraine attacks for statistical approach. Also, There is no significant difference between education level and migraine attacks.
