Abstract (EN)
Drought stress has been one of the most important abiotic factors affecting growth and development in plants negatively. Studies were carried out in 36 different pots to investigate how drought stress affects the plant's balance on mycorrhiza, salicylic acid and jasmonic acid. The experiment was carried out in the growing room of Şırnak University, Faculty of Agriculture, Horticulture Department, in a randomized block design with 3 replications and 2 Anemone F1 green pepper seedlings in each pot. Salicylic acid at 1.00 mM concentrations and jasmonic acid at 50 µM concentrations were applied to plants exposed to drought stress. As a result of the application of salicylic acid and jasmonic acid to the leaves of the plants and the application of the nutrient solution from the root, the effect of the quality of the pepper plant under drought stress was investigated. In the study, determination of plant height, determination of stem diameter, number of leaves, chlorophyll amount, leaf temperature, root fresh and dry weight, leaf fresh and dry weight, leaf proportional moisture content were measured. In addition, macro and micro nutrient elements (N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Cu, Fe, Zn), antioxidant enzyme (APX, CAT, POX, SOD) activities, total phenolic and flavonoid compounds and leaf area analyzes were made. When all the findings obtained from the study were evaluated, increases were determined in the leaf temperature of the plants under drought stress, and the application that affected the leaf temperature the most compared to the control was determined in the 25-m plant, which was applied 25% drought stress and did not apply mycorrhiza. As a result of 25% drought stress applied to the pepper plant, significant damage occurred on the green parts, while it was determined that the plant root development gave better results in the plants with mycorrhiza application. However, it has been shown that there are statistically promising effects on green parts of plants treated with jasmonic acid and salicylic acid.
