Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY Thesis Of High Masters Degree Foreign Aids in National War (1919-1922) Mesut KUTLU The University of Fırat The Institute of Social Science The Department of History Elazığ- 2004, p: X+193 Lands of Ottoman Empire that had been defeated in World War I and had to sign Mondros Armistice have been invaded by Allied Powers and National Struggle Movement has begun under the lead of Mustafa Kemal Pasha right after the invasion of Izmir. While the major amount of money and military equipment which had been needed in winning National Struggle over Anatolian territory have been assured domestically, some amount of the needs had been covered from abroad by establishing bilateral relations with western countries such as Soviet Russia, France and Italy on one hand and with islamic cuntries on the other hand. Besides the resourses provided domestically, the importance of financial and military aid provided from abroad in winning the Turkish Independence War can not be underrated. National Struggle, with the impact of the foreign aids and after some stages had succeeded in finaly, the enemies had been swept away from the country and Republic of Turkey had been founded in conclusion.
