Abstract (EN)
Following the Turkish National Movement, out of border seeking ended by the former rulers who had to defense Anatolia as Turkish homeland. They strongly believed that it was not true if they were interested in other Turks and Muslims out of Turkish borders. By the Second World War years, these political notions had gradually been changed. After the Nazis ceased fire against Soviet Front in 1941, German Foreign Ministry tried Pan-Turkish notions affected by various ways. One of the German war strategies was to affect the Turks in Soviet Union by supporting them in order to fight against the Soviet state. Some anti-Soviet institutions in Europe which were accepted natural partner, were organized by German Foreign Ministry. Moreover, the Nazis established good relations both with Pan-Turkish groups in Turkey and with Turkish rulers in order to entry Turkey into war sided with axis powers. Turkish Movement at this time period, was a diplomatic tool by National Chef (Ismet Inonu) to keep country out of war My subject of this thesis, "Turkish Movements in the time of National Chief" will try to answer these discussions. Moreover, Pro-Turkish leaders' acts - notions and their clashes against opposes will be analyzed with the framework of cause-effect relations.
