Nişancızâde Mehmed bin Ahmed Tevkii's work Mir'ât-i Kâ'inât is a historical work. The work consists of eight parts. The topic of the thesis is the sixth part of the work. The sixth part of our study focuses on the period from Osman Gazi to the death of Kanuni Sultan Süleyman. There are many copies of the work. The number of foil and lines in the copies are various. In this study, a copy of the manuscript registered with BYEK D NO 3702 in Konya Manuscripts Library was studied. Work; Introduction, Analysis, Text translation and Index consists of four parts. In the introduction part, information is given about Tevârih-i Âl-i Osman, the work we are working on, the author of the period. In the Analysis section, spelling features, phonetics and morphology of the work are emphasized. In the text section, there is a translation of the texts written in pointless Ottoman alphabet letters. In the fourth and last part, the index of the special names in the work is given. As a result of our study, it will be seen which language features Turkish has in the period of writing, differences will be determined according to the period and information about the reasons of these differences will be presented. Thus, the contribution of the Turkish Language to the information about the end of the 16th century and the beginning of the 17th century will be provided.
