Abstract (EN)

Our world, which has been developing continuously since the industrial revolution, is home to many innovations and differences. Especially with technological studies, people's quality of life increases and life becomes easier. Negative situations are observed from time to time in the circulation of continuous change and development. With long working hours, increased competition and intense work tempo, stress and pressure, employees become unable to allocate time for themselves and suffer psychological harm. It is necessary to understand the concept of psychological violence, which is the greatest danger of our age. Psychological violence behaviors are intentional and unethical behaviors against the selected individuals or individuals systematically applied directly or indirectly to harm the personality, professional life and health of the victim. The research is the employees who work in the historical Grand Bazaar in Bursa. 219 of these employees participated in the study on a voluntary basis. In this study, data consisting of variables including demographic information and 2 scales were used. Mobbing scale consists of 38 statements and Work-Life Balance scale consists of 15 statements. A very weak negative correlation was found between Mobbing and Work-Life balance (r = -0.164) with the results obtained from the correlation analysis. Mobbing sub-factor Communication and Work-Life Balance (r = -0.186) showed a very weak negative correlation. Very weak negative correlation was found between mobbing sub-factor Reputation and Work-Life Balance (r = -0.175). A very weak negative correlation was found between mobbing sub-factor Life and Work-Life Balance (r = -0.164). As a result of regression analysis, it was found that Mobbing negatively affected Work-Life Balance (β = -0.103 p <0.05). Mobbing sub-factor was found to negatively affect Work-Life Balance (β = -0,142 p <0.05). Mobbing sub-factor was found to negatively affect Work-Life Balance (β = -0,116 p <0.05).
