Our modern world endures serious crisis. Cultural, political, economic,religious as this crisis affects a planet and all. People cannot feel in safety in the modernworld. Wars, conflicts, economic crises and epidemics of diseases, people make moreconsiderable element of fear. Under the maintenance of the concept of a policy and apolicy have been changed according to this concept (freedom, equality, democracy,justice, ...) Values, it is established.
