The critical edition Of Molla Huseyn Bin Iskender's (1084/1673) work

Considered one of the famous scholars of the Ottoman period, Molla Hüseyin b. Iskender (d. 1084/1673) wrote works in the sciences of fiqh, creed and tajwid. His work titled "Mukaddime mushtemile ala mesaili fi'l-Fıkhi ve'l-Akaidi ala madhabi Imam'il-Azam Abi Hanifa" is one kind of an introduction to fiqh and includes the issues of the cleaning section, the subjects of the prayer section, some faith issues etc.. After the searching and comparing ten copies of this work available in libraries in Turkey, we have based on four copies according to the preference criteria. We wanted this work, which we will analyze, to be critisied, thinking that it would be beneficial to present it to the benefit of the world of science. The study consists of introduction, three parts and conclusion. In the introduction part, the subject, purpose and benefit of the research, method and sources is included. In the first chapter, Mollâ Hüseyin b. Iskender's life, education, teachers, students, works and scientific personality was discussed. In the second part, information about the subject, content, copies, libraries, methods and sources used in the work was given, and the translation and legal evaluation of the work have been made. In the section where the work was critisied, it was tried to reveal the original form of the work by comparing the existing copies. Our study ended with results and references.
