Tricks and prevention in accounting

In this research, information about accounting fraud is provided. Important scandals were examined in detail and scandals in the 19th and 20th centuries were given in tables. The reports related to this research topic in various newspapers were also included in the study. The purpose of this research is to reveal accounting tricks take place in Turkey and the world, examining the accounting scandal caused by this trick, examination of accounting tricks that they performed using what purpose and in what ways and to put forward that the measures of what can be taken to this relationship. Secondary data were used in this study.
