Accounting is an information system, which after collecting and processing financial data for business activities, transfers the processed information to the individuals and/or agencies of the relevant business and other related associations. If the gained accounting information is not provided to the responsible decision-makers, existence of such an accounting scheme will not mean much, and thus leading to the lack of exact processability of the accounting task. Since the main part of the accounting organisation is its administration, particularly the capabilities of the administration for effective decision-making and for future planning will, inevitably, be dependent upon the provision of reliable information flow to that administration. Accounting communication is a collection of extensive number of stages consisting of collecting, processing and selecting the information to be transmitted, and the transfer of that information. The transferable information must be critical, fundamental and timely in favour of its users. The accountant who is responsible for the communication should be capable of effective oral, written and electronic communication skills. Therefore, the accountant's previous education is very important. The current stage of the development in both the information - and the communication - technologies, have had a positive impact on accounting communication. The use of information technologies in all accounting processes have expanded due to the increased density of the flow of accounting information and to the possibility of conducting those processes that were once used to be managed by hand in computerised electronic media. Utilisation of the information technologies in accounting have provided the information to be processed and communicated very rapidly and that established communication networks have extended the distances arrivable for communication of the information. These improvements, have additionally provided on environment for the administration to make faster decisions and for more reliable decisions.
