The relationship between quality of work life and turnover intention of accounting professioanals

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that may be associated with the turnover intentions of accounting professionals. 151 accounting professionals from Gaziantep participated in the study. Survey method was used for the collection of data. The obtained data were analyzed by factor analysis and regression analysis techniques. As a result of the analyses; it was found that supervisor behaviors, pay and benefits, and work-life balance negatively affect turnover intention; however, job characteristics doesn't have a significant effect on turnover intention.
