Abstract (EN)

In today?s world, most firms have produced substitute goods by using similarequipments in production. Under these circumstances, communication with costumershas enabled to get ahead of the competitors by providing differences. Thus, customerneeds, requests and desires would be realized and so strategies developed by the help ofcustomer data would lead to success in the competitive environment. Internet and websites which are considered to be among the most important inventions provide one toone communication with costumers 24 hours. The data gathered from one to onecommunication have contributed both marketing decisions and company brand.With this study, how much the companies cared about customer communication,whether they have designed their web sites as to support the mutual communication andwhether the feedbacks gathered as a result of the mutual interaction have an effect onthe marketing decisions and company brand have been measured.According to some important findings of the study it has been found that most of thefirms have considered customer relationship important. In addition there has been arelationship between the importance attached to cutomer relationship and interactivityof web sites. However the companies should consider more about interactivity indesining their web sites. It has been observed that the data gathered by customer querieshave contributed to marketing decisions and the interactivity of the web sites haveaffected the company brand.Keywords: Costumer Relations, Customer Orientation, Web Site Design
