The research of the otantic leadership from abilene paradox: A side research on pharmaceutical representatives who in Bursa city

Regarding the leadership styles there are many views in literature. Information regarding the leader, administrator, concept of leadership and leadership approaches is given within the first part of this comprehensive study. Within the second part of the study, the perceptions of the pharmaceutical representatives and the managers in Bursa regarding the leadership style is discussed. When examining the conflicts of the workers of the pharmaceutical company with their administrators or the conflicts of the workers of the pharmaceutical company between each other the conflict of the administrators with their workers and the conflict of the administrator with her/his company will also be taken into consideration. An approach to the paradoxical conflicts such as; from miscommunication, not to take the floor, to be silent, to accept the decisions of the administrator or the group although they are wrong because of the fear of being excluded will be carried out by the authentic leadership style and its subcomponents and a solution will be sought. When finding a solution to the conflict through authentic leadership and its subcomponents, it will be aimed to reduce the intracompany conflicts to a minimum level by blending the conflict components which are hidden within the conflict together with these solutions. All of these solutions will be positive steps that are taken in order to maintain the sustainable harmony through providing the intracompany accordance and the yield. This study will be a field work that looks for an answer by the autenthic leadership style and its components to the guestion of how to solve this and similar kinds of problems and conflicts that are a result of hidden conflicts within the agreement.
