Abstract (EN)

In this study, SSCP analysis were performed to determination of genetic differences of individuals and some mandarin and lemon varieties and hybrids selected from populations obtained with mutation breeding applying different ray doses to improve the properties of Yerli Mandarin and Antalya Yerli Yuvarlak Lemon varieties. The primers used to SSCP analysis were developed using sequences in Citrus Gene Bank. 22 pairs primers were designed for SSCP analysis. SSCP analysis were performed on ABI 3130x genetic analyser. Cluster analysis of obtained peak profiles were analyzed by using PAST computer package programme. As a result of PCR reactions, 9 SSCP primers successfully amplified in PCR reactions. While average bant number was founded as 5.55 bant/primer, polymorphic bant number was calculated as 4.55 bant/primer. PIC value was detected 0.79. While high genetic polymorphism was observed in lemon genotypes, mandarin genotypes showed low polymorphism.
