Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the synthesis and characterization of rBC and Ti3C2Tx -MXene-based electroactive hydrogels were comprehensively investigated. Initially, Ti3C2Tx -MXene derived from processing Ti3AlC2 with HF and bacterial cellulose (BC) pellicles produced by Gluconacetobacter xylinum were synthesized. Subsequently, rBC and rBC/MXene composite hydrogels were successfully synthesized. The resulting hydrogels were extensively tested for crystallography, surface morphology, chemical composition, mechanical properties, thermal stability, electrical conductivity, hydrophilicity, water absorption capacity, biological compatibility, and cellular behavior. XRD analysis revealed the crystallographic structures of Ti3C2Tx -MXene and rBC-based hydrogels, while XPS analysis confirmed the successful synthesis of Ti3C2Tx -MXene. FTIR analysis identified the chemical composition and interactions within the hydrogels. Mechanical tests evaluated durability and elasticity, while TGA analysis assessed thermal stability. This study focuses on the production and biological behavior of MXene-modified BC nanocomposite tissue scaffolds, highlighting the potential of integrating MXene to enhance the biocompatibility and tissue compatibility of BC. These analyses contribute to understanding the future biomedical applications of this innovative material.
