Abstract (EN)
Philosophy is a way of thinking, knowing and living. Plants and animals are living beings. Intelligence is what distinguishes humans from other living things. The existence of man, in which he can carry out his activities related to this mind, is possible on a cultural basis. An important figure for both Turkish philosophy and literature, late Nermi Uygur had people for the center of his philosophical studies. Humans and all related values and concepts occupy a very important place in his works. Uygur's questions and answers about culture, language, metaphysics, life, depression and related concepts that we frequently see in his works will be examined and explored through the basic elements of "philosophy of life" together with the tensions between "particular" and "universal". While examining the conceptual framework of Nermi Uygur's philosophy of life, the historical background of his philosophy of life is discussed. Also some influential philosophers who are well known for their philosophy of life in the history of philosophy are included. Nermi Uygur's place in our thinking life is important, and it may be valuable to turn this importance into a function in creating a tradition of thought. As he was a lover of Turkish and he wrote his works in the experimental language, that is, in colloquial language, and in terms of incorporating philosophy into life, he is an exceptional figure today. Because thinking in Turkish and developing the discourse accordingly is still important to create a tradition of thought in Turkish. Telling the reader what he wrote in Turkish makes Uygur more understandable and makes his philosophy enjoyable. The intertwining of the concepts of "philosophy, culture, language, nature and depression", which are the five pillars of his philosophy of life, has provided a basis for the study, and Uygur's philosophy of life has been analysed accordingly. When Nermi Uygur's footsteps are followed in the Western literature, no study on "Nermi Uygur's philosophy of life" has been found. It can be stated that the aforementioned situation will shape the study in a unique framework.
