The behaviours of the administrators perceived as mobbing by teachers and coping strategies

Mobbing, intimidation, includes hostile and unethical behaviour towards generally one individual by one or rarely a few individual with the aim of push him/her into a defenceless position and expulsion. If it lasts for a long time and it is frequent, it results in psychological, psychosomatic problems and social misery.The purpose of this study; to determine behaviours of administrators percieved as mobbing by the teachers working public elementary and secondary school in Bergama in 2014-1015 education year and the ways of these teachers coping with these behaviours. The population of study consitute 1062 teachers working in public elementary and secondary schools in Bergama. The sample of this study consist of 628 teachers selected by the researcher randomly from 17 primary and 6 public secondary schools.
