Teachers leadership styles with the examination of total quality-related attitudes

The purpose of this study, teachers' leadership perceptions and opinions regarding the relationship between total quality management reveal. The study was designed with the relational model. Research of the universe, in the academic year 2012-2013 in the border district of Istanbul province is composed of teachers. Research to determine the sample constitutes the universe of research at random from schools designated as 341 teachers participated in the study. Research data, the Leadership Scale and Total Quality Scale were collected. In the data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis was used. Leadership research findings, with a total score of TQM leadership and employees, service areas and processes, policies and strategies, positive significant relationship between the dimensions are calculated.
