Abstract (EN)

This study aims to examine the relationship between teachers' levels of organizational identification and their perceptions of organizational image. In this context, it also seeks to investigate teachers' levels of organizational identification and their perceptions of organizational image in relation to various variables. The study employs the relational survey model, a type of general survey model used to determine the presence and degree of co-variation between two or more variables. Based on the scores obtained from the Organizational Identification Scale, teachers were found to exhibit a high level of organizational identification. Likewise, the results from the Organizational Image Scale indicated that teachers' perceptions of organizational image were at the level of "strongly agree" across the scale. The findings revealed a moderate and positive relationship between teachers' organizational identification levels and their perceptions of organizational image. Furthermore, it was determined that teachers' organizational identification significantly predicts the organizational image variable. In light of the findings, several recommendations have been proposed to enhance teachers' levels of organizational identification and their perceptions of organizational image from various perspectives.
