Abstract (EN)

This thesis study aims to investigate the durability and mechanical performance of self-compacting mortars (KYH) produced using andesite powder and silica fume. Accordingly, 4 different series of mortar samples were produced. These samples, together with the control mixture, were mixed with binary mixtures containing 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% andesite powder substitutes, and silica fume at 5%, 10% and 15%, and 5%, 10%, It consists of triple mixtures containing 15%, 20% and 25% andesite powder substitutes. Workability and strength tests were carried out on the fresh and hardened mortar samples produced. In addition, the strength values of the samples fired at high temperatures (300°C, 600°C and 900°C) at the end of the 90-day curing period were compared. As a result of the studies, it was observed that the use of andesite powder and silica fume together contributed positively to the strength of the mortars.
