Abstract (EN)

In this study, control, D1, D2, D3, D4, diet levels are designated vitamin A and E as antioxidant vitamins by adding to the ration of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fry and fishes is fed with these ration during 12 weeks. The effect of A and E vitamins on the growth performance (live weight, total length the weight gain, relative growth rate, specific growth rate, condition factor, food conversion ratio, protein efficiency ratio and protein evalution index), plasma superoxid dismutase enzyme (SOD) activity values, tissues (muscle, liver, kidney) and blood serum of fishes that is fed in two different dissolved oxygen (4.4±0.19 mg/l O2 concentration and 7.6±0.16 mg/l O2 concentration are examined. Fishes (initial weight and length, 41.1±1 g, 15.41±0,01 cm) were distributed into 30 fiberglass rectangle (2×40×40) tanks with a 5×2×3 (5 diets group × 2 oxygen levels ×3 replicate diets groups).Prepared of five different experimental groups ration as a HPLC results vitamin A and E of ratio, control, vitamin A: 14.33 mg/kg, vitamin E: 25.12 mg/kg; D1: vitamin A: 14.24 mg/kg, vitamin E: 13.3 mg/kg; D2: vitamin A: 13.83 mg/kg, vitamin E: 54.41 mg/kg; D3 : vitamin A: 2.4 mg/kg, vitamin E: 26.23 mg/kg; D4 : vitamin A: 32.45 mg/kg, vitamin E: 25.96 mg/kg were determinate. As a result of the experimental study, it was determined that plasma SOD enzyme activate of the fishes in the groups of the D2 ve D4 are significantly ratio higher than the other groups (p<0.05) and the fishes in the D1 group has lowest plasma SOD enzyme activate. Furthermore, when the examined SOD enzyme activate levels in the experimental groups it was observed that D2 and D4 groups are significantly levels (p<0.05) higher than the others. Furthermore, it was observed that serum vitamin A and E concentration levels with muscle, liver and kidney tissues of the fishes in the stressed groups of there are significantly lower than the non-stressed groups. As result of performed this study, it was observed that 36 mg/kg vitamin A, 60 mg/kg vitamin E of the contain rations increased SOD enzyme activate of the rainbow trout. It is determined that A and E vitamins addition to rations of the rainbow trout fry live in surroundings with low oxygen have increased resistance against oxidative stress occurred in the metabolism depending on hypoxia.
