Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to reveal the Effect of Ethical Leadership Behaviors of School Principals on Organizational Silence. This survece has been literature searched and the dates when the study was obtained by applying two questionnaires surveys 15.02.2020-15-03.2020 in Oltu district of Erzurum province. Researched Ethical Leadership Scale by Bumada, Yılmaz (2005), Organizational Silence Scales were used by Kahveci and Demirtaş (2013) again. The universe of the research is 495 permanent / contract teachers working in 6 primary schools, 9 secondary schools and 9 high schools. No sample was selected in the study, and questionnaires were distributed to 280 people. 238 of the distributed questionnaires were collected and 225 of them were accepted and entered into the data program. The data obtained from the research were analyzed in SPSS 20.00 and LISREL 9.30 programs. As well as that the scales used in the research provide structure validity and are highly reliable. It is seen that there is a negative, moderate and significant relationship between Ethical Leadership and Organizational Silence. A negative and significant relationship was found between both scales and sub pairs. According to the simple cycle regression analysis, the Organizational Silence of Ethical Leadership was found to be 19.7 %. In addition, among the variables used in the study, the difference between the groups was investigated and it was found that there was a difference between some variables.
