Abstract (EN)

In the study, the relationship between school principals' toxic leadership behaviors and teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and organizational dissent was investigated, according to teachers' perceptions. The data in the research was collected by applying a scale to 370 participants, consisting of classroom and branch teachers working in public primary and secondary schools in Merkezefendi and Pamukkale districts, the central districts of Denizli, in the 2023-2024 academic year. Looking at the data obtained as a result of the study, it was seen that the toxic leadership behaviors of school principals were at a low (disagree) level according to teachers' perceptions. When the toxic leadership scale was examined according to demographic variables, no significant difference was found according to gender, marital status and graduation variables. Considering the data provided as a result of the research, it was seen that teachers' perceptions of organizational justice were at a high level (I agree). When the organizational justice scale was examined according to demographic variables, no significant difference was found according to marital status, age, seniority, type of institution they work in and graduation variables. Considering the findings of the research, it was seen that teachers' perceptions of organizational opposition were at a medium (partially agree) level. When the organizational opposition scale was examined according to demographic variables, no significant difference was found according to gender, marital status, age and graduation variables. A significant negative relationship was found between organizational justice and toxic leadership sub-dimensions. According to teachers' perceptions, it was observed that school principals' toxic leadership behaviors predicted teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and organizational dissent.
