Effect of inconsistency between school administrators on school staff

Schools are the places where next generations are educated and a good educational environment has to be formed. In order to be a good educational environment, there must be a good communication among school administrators and between school administrators and staff. Inconsistency between school administrators may cause conflict and damage on educational environment and also it is likely to cause to get away from aim and goal of education. This survey was carried out with participation of 304 high school teachers working in central district of Tokat province. Questionnaire including 6 questions related with determining the demographic characteristic and 30 questions to measure the effect of inconsistency between school administrators on school staff was applied to teachers According to ANOVA and independent T- test which was done at the end of survey, in terms of genders, ages, branches of teachers, number of students at school and educational status of them, inconsistency among administrators did not lead to differentiate at quite level on school staff. It was determined according to school teachers worked.
