Causes and prevention of violence in schools

In this study, Anatolian high schools, Anatolian technical and vocational high schools and Anatolian religious high schools students in the emergence of violent behavior, parents, teachers and school administration staff, the environment, peer groups, examined the role of TV and media and evaluated. The study population, 2014- 2015 academic year, randomized (random) sampling method selected by the province of Istanbul consists of students in secondary schools Esenyurt district official. The sample of 169 female students and 249 male students consists of a total of 418 students. Surveyed a sample group developed by the researchers "Information Form" was applied. As a result of the sample group in response to the violent behavior of the family, teachers and school administrative staff, the environment, the peer group has reached the conclusion that the TV and the media to be effective.
