The aim of the research to define life and job satisfaction levels of the preschool teacher in the European Side of İstanbul by taking into consideration the effects of individual and organizational job satisfaction level. Another aim is to identify if there is a relationship between level of job and life satisfaction. The research was planned and implemented to be a descriptive and an analitical study.The data was gathered 104 preschool teachers working at European Side of İstanbul. The measure is based on ? Minesota Job Satisfaction Scale? and ? Life Satisfaction Scale?.The study proved that preschool teachers? job and life satisfaciton level shows differences according to marital status, age, salary, status of having a child, teaching status. Preschool teachers who are older have high level of life and job satisfaction. Preschool teachers with high salary have high level of life anf job satisfaciton. Preschool children with married and children have high level of job and life satisfaciton. Preschool teacher who chose by their own wish have high level of job and life satisfaction.Moreover, the research proved that preschool teacher with high level of job satisfaciton have high level of life satisfaction. It is showed that there is a right proportion between level of job and life satisfaciton.At the end of the study, there is a right proportion between job and life satisfaciton. The reasearch proved that job satisfaciton is very important in the life of people. Because of this some offers are made to principals aiming to increase the job satisfaciton of preschool teachers. If the level of preschool teachers? job satisfaction is high, the level of life satisfaction of these will be high. High level of job and life satisfaciton in preschool teachers will cause increasing in the quality of preschool education.
