The life, the art and the works of Ömer Lütfi Mete

This study is a biography, written about Mr. Ömer Lütfi METE. In this study the life, the works, the art, the understanding of art of Mr. Ömer Lütfi METE are focused. This study consist of four sections. In the first section, the details are discussed such as where Ömer Lütfi Mete was born and where he grew up, his life, education, family and social surroundings and so on ... . Also In the same section. The documentaries about the memorial programs and studies have been made after the death of author are mentioned . It has been interviewed with the author's wife, Mrs. Leyla Mete and has been obtained detailed information about the author's life. In this process special magazine issues, interviews, essays, newspaper articles and television programs that published after the death of the author have been analysed and television programmes in which the author attended are utilized. In the second section an assessment is made of author's starting the literature, and his works in different branches of the literature. In this section also it has been searched that how Mete's literary enviroment is and what is the thought of author's literary environment. In the third section Ömer Lütfi Mete's works, have been published in different types, cinema films, television series and television movies are widely issued. In the fourth section Mete's all novels are analysed. Our aim is to contribute to the Biography works which are not sufficent in our literature and is to help the literature history studies.
