Determination of Psychosocial Care Practices and Needs of Oncology Nurses In this study, it was aimed to adapt the questionnaire formed by the American Oncology Nursing Association (ONS) group to Turkish to determine the Psychosocial Care Practices and Needs of Oncology Nurses and to test the validity and reliability of the adapted scale. The study was made in descriptive type. The question naire consists of a total of 24 questions in the Likert type and 20 questions including socio demographic characteristics. The research group consisted of 201 people from Oncology Nurses. Scope Validity Rate (KGO) was calculated in the adaptation of the scale. Scope validity and expert opinions were evaluated in the adaptation of the scale. The construct validity of the scale was analyzed with Explanatory factor analysis (EFA) and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value and Barlett es s sphericity test were performed to evaluate the reliability of the scale Scope Validity Rate (KGO) was observed to be higher than 80% of the experts' compliance rate for all items. It was determined that the KMO value was very good (KMO: 0.820) and the assumption of sphericity was achieved (χ2 = 4003.071; p <0.001). Reliability values Strict Parallel (0.922) and Guttman Split Half Coefficients (0.916) were found to be high and the scale was reliable using the split-half method. According to the EFA results, the construct validity of the survey reveals that it is suitable for use in Turkish culture. It is a valid and reliable scale that can be used in Turkish of Oncology Nurses' Survey of Determining Psychosocial Care Practices and Needs. It is suggested that this questionnaire should be used in different studies in large sample groups in order to guide oncology nurses and to contribute to the literature. .
