Abstract (EN)
While technologic operations develop day by day, demands such as cost reduction and studies concerning increase in production capacity and work volume throughout the sectors are on the rise, along with studies aiming to reduce human interaction and security vulnerabilities. As a result of all these developments and expectations, the automation demand throughout work flow and control has made studies related to unmanned automated guided vehicles (AGVs) well-known.Due to the fact that AGVs are used in various business sectors, their type and their specifications are changing, and therefore the problems occurring are different in nature. Generally, the problems faced can be summarized as design related, operational and control problems. Design related and operational problems are generally job/business specific while control problems are more general. Therefore, studies regarding the control of AGVs gain more importance.In this thesis study orbit control was performed in the Matlab environment for automated guided vehicles. The study has been performed in both the simulink and editor environment and the results obtained are shown in graphics.At the end of the study, it was concluded that the vehicle follows the reference orbit with minor mistakes.
