Organized industrial areas and Tokat organized industrial area activities

ABSTRACT Organized industrial areas in Turkey are going more widespread. The investments and organized industrial areas which are exiting for last 40 years in our country, are oriented to the requested areas. The substructure of industrial enterprises are provided by organized industrial areas The industrie is grown with organized industrial areas, moderated progressions obtained and the detriment of industrial enterprises are prohibited. The economic of growing countrys are based on small and medium size investments. The organized industrial areas are required to increase the number of these kind of investments. In this task, we tryed to examine the organized industrial areas which are very important for our country. And also produced a detailed report of Tokat's industrial organized area and tried to find out its problems. In the first chapter we examined the theoric structure of organized industrial areas. The concept, purposes application principis and the importance of organized industrial areas have been tried to be exposed. In the second chapter, it developments in Turkey, planning and the administration structure have been examined. And in the third chapter we examined Tokat's organized industrial area. In the last and fourth chapter we tried to expose the questions and matters of organized industrial areas included Tokat area.
