Abstract (EN)
Today, the rapidly changing environmental conditions due to changing trends, needs and expectations, technological advances and globalization, businesses are forced to leave to have a strong organizational culture. Enterprises to achieve success in this competition must give greater consideration to the organizational culture and organizational commitment. In the first chapter the main features of the organizational culture is discussed in the second part examining the organizational commitment. The third chapter addresses the role of organizational culture on organizational commitment. These issues are discussed theoretically. Respectively concept of organizational culture and organizational commitment in all aspects of this study were explained. In today's market conditions, organizational culture and organizational commitment has been expressed that the concept of how important it is for businesses to be successful. The first part of the culture of the organization examined all the features in theory, in the same way in the second section are discussed organizational commitment. Organizational culture we have studied in detail in the third chapter, the previous chapter has discussed the roles and organizational commitment on each other.
