Abstract (EN)
In this thesis the importance of the In-Service Training in the organizations, how it improves occupational knowledge and the skills of personel, and how it increase the productivity of the organizations that produce goods and services. The general aim of In- Service Training is to have people gain necessary knowledge, skills and behavior necessary for increasing the productivity of the labor factor in producing goods and services. In-Service Training is somehow carried out both in public and private sector. There are some methods in order to determine the needs of In-Service Training and these methods vary according to the needs of the workers and the managers in a company. In addition to this, the budget for the education is one of the determining factor in implementation of In-Service Training. Nevertheless all phases in implementation of In- Service Training is same for public and private sector. In-Service Training is important for public sector as much as private sector. Our research in Formul Plastic Molds Industry Joint Company which provides In-Service Training to their workers shows that the workers and the managers of the company think that In-Service Training is necessary, and it contrubutes the continuous progress of the company and both groups are eager to follow the courses of the In-Service Training.
