In this context, this study has investigated deployment and type of problematic behaviors differentiation in the organizations as a first assumption. Second assumption of this study assumed that risks arising from these problematic behaviors can be managed with diffirent behavioral risk management practices. In this study, these assumptions also were to be associated with sector and capital structure of organization and also age, seniority, position and management sytle of managers.According to the findings of field research obtained by the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, deployment and type of problematic behaviors differentiation did not reveal differences in terms of the sector and capital structure of organization, seniority, position and management style of managers. The assumption of deployment and type of problematic behaviors differentiation differs in accordance with age of managers was accepted only in terms of the dimension of interpersonal deviance. Moreover research in behavioral risk management practices observed that there is no meaningful differentiation according to age, seniority, position and management style of managers. Behavioral risk management practices in the organization only showed differences according to sector and capital structure of organization.
