Abstract (EN)

Researches about openness to change and organizational commitment are considered more important nowadays when compared to previous years. There are several reasons for this approach. First, to develop the organization in the fast changing competitive environment, organizations have realized the need for employees open to change to support the organization during change phases. Second, organizational commitment of employees has become one of the most important steps on the way of achieving organizational goals. The researches on organizational commitment have revealed that it should be covered with its three components.In this research, the relationship between these two important topics had been examined. First of all, literature review on these topics was done. Then, the correlation between the components of openness to change; affective, behavioral, cognitive; and the components of organizational commitment; affective, cognitive, behavioral; has been examined by a survey consisting of 2 scales and demographic questions. 103 people working for multinational organizations participated in the research. Regarding the outcomes of this research, there are significant correlations between continuance commitment and affective and behavioral attitude towards openness to change.
