Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the effect of organizational communication on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research was conducted on a sample of individuals working in the service sector within the borders of Adana Province. Using simple sampling method, data were collected with the participation of 429 people with the help of face-to-face and online questionnaires. The questionnaire included questions about the demographic status of the individuals and information about their views on organizational communication, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS statistical programs. Structural equation modeling was used as the analysis method. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that organizational communication positively and significantly affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and at the same time, it was seen that job satisfaction has a full mediation effect in the relationship between organizational communication and organizational commitment
