Abstract (EN)
In this study, interviews were conducted with the employees of the human resources department working in the automotive sector and an examination was made on the effects of career planning on employee motivation. First of all, a literature review was made and many literatures were examined within the scope of the relevant subject. Semi-structured interview method was used in the research. Career planning activities have an important place for employees and organizations in today's. Whether career planning activities are carried out in an organization or not, this issue has various effects on employee motivation. It has been observed that employee motivation is positively affected in organizations with career planning, while employee motivation is negatively affected in organizations without career planning. In addition, the related issue has indirect effects on organizations and managers.
