Abstract (EN)

The Police Organization has kept its position on the agenda because of having its special property and taking on its responsibility. The organization, keeping on the agenda permanently is going on increasingly. At this time, maybe İt is the most important junction of Westernization movement to be exact member of European Union Which is going on Since the last term of Ottaman Empire, The Police Organizations come to be the first Organization being in Turkey to interrogate and restructure itself. The Police is influenced by policy of state, Because It has mission to protect in perpetuating of its state by means of authority that it has. The Police is influenced by structure of culture of state, Because worker in the organization is coming from sub culture of state. Some topics have been needed to search that How The Police Organization is, How The Police Organization has organizational Culture and What members of The Police Organizastion feel organization Culture in their organization. The scale has been carried out to establish Organization Culture in the Police Organization on 710 worker being different rank who are subject to Elazığ Police Department. Data collectted as a result of the study were analyzed by using SPSS 10.0 (Statistical Program for Social Science). As a result of analyzing, It has been established that workers participating this study have similar thinkings on organization Culture in their organization as regards gender, rank, work experience, education level, marital condition, the place they lived before, working with üniforma or not.
