Organization performance management examination of the studies made in Turkey

This study was carried out in order to examine academic studies on organizational performance management between 2001 and 2018. In accordance with the objective of the Higher Education Council, the thesis database for performance management was recorded in the computer. Scientific articles related to the subject were scanned from the ULAKBIM article database and from the Google academic web site and recorded on the computer. The results were then encoded according to the coding form and subjected to content analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that 98 graduate thesis on organizational performance management and 26 scientific articles were published in Turkey between 2001 and 2018. It was determined that the studies carried out in 2013 and 2014 were more than the other years, that the graduate thesis was carried out in Sakarya and Marmara universities,that the organizational performance management was carried out in 14 different departments, and that the most studied Institute was the Institute of Social Sciences. Most of the graduate theses Prof. Dr. it has been determined that the most documentary scanning method is directed by the renowned consultants and is preferred as a data collection tool. In the studies which collected data with scale or questionnaire method, it was determined that the most private sector employees, education employees and public employees were preferred as Universe and sample, the most preferred sampling technique was random sampling technique, the prepared scales as data collection method were preferred with density and the validity and reliability studies were not included in the studies.
