Organizational productivity effect of stress of women workers by: Ceramic industry an application

Recently, stress is one of the most emphasized topics in organizational behavior. Any employee, who is charged by specified roles and responsibilities in a job environment, encounters organizational stress which is caused by organization atmosphere. This concept is also termed as ?job stress? or ?occupational stress?.For managers, organizational stress is considerable because of organizational behavior. This is significant because long term organizational stress causes the employees to have mental and physical problems by influencing them negatively and depending on this, organizations are affected adverse. Employees may show irregular attendance at work or quit because of organizational stress, consequently efficiency of organizations decrease. An individual?s stress causes adverse effect the rest of organization. Women employees are exposed to personal damages resulting from heavy strokes and to have mental and physical problems by organizational stress. In order to employ women employee successfully, organizations should increase the awareness level of stress disease, should bring stress within bounds and the negative impacts of these factors should be minimized.The aim of this study is to cross-examine whether the organizational stress affect the performance and productivity of women employee or not. With this point of view, the study is shaped in order to place those two concepts on correct bases and then relate to each other. The implementation of this relation is finalized with a research based on both white and blue collar women employee on Kaleseramik Çanakkale Kalebodur Seramik San. AŞ by questionnaire method. To achieve scientific results, a total of 136 women employee are asked 50 questions and the answers are evaluated by SPSS statistics program.Regarding to the attained scientific results, the organizational stress has a significant effect on the women employee?s efficiency.Keywords: Organizational Stress, Productivity, Stress, Women Workers.
