Management problems of communication principals and teachers other staff in secondary schools

The communication between education managers and school staff is an important element to increase the school performance. The information which forms the bases of all management and organizations activities is also the cause of existense of school. Information is also vital for effective commucation.Commucation is the most important thing for schools to reach their goals, realise their aims effectively and to meet teacher?s necessities. The only way to realize effective commucation in educational institutions is to enable to keep commucation ways open constantlyIt increasesthe success and the power of school manager to ask teachers opinions and suggestions and to evaluate them in managment process. It is impossible for school to reach its aim and realize its educational goals. If commucation isn?t clear and accurate in a school.This research has been carried out in order to determine the management problems which teachers and other staff in high school face with school commucatively.This research is based on teachers and other in high schools in İstanbul during 2006-2007 academic year.The models of this research consist of 316 high school staff working in the regions of Tuzla (67-21%) Pendik (98-31%) kartal (59-19%) Maltepe (51-16%), Kadıköy (41-13%) ın the city of İstanbul.SPSS, statistic software has been used to analyze the data from the surveys appliedto the subjects.
