Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between middle school and high school teachers' organizational justice perception and occupational professionalism levels. With this purpose, organizational justice perceptions and occupational professionalism levels of teachers working in middle and high schools in Muğla province Milas district, is analyzed with taking into consideration variables such as gender, school type and professional seniority variables is taking into consideration. The research is designed in correlational survey model. The population consists of middle and high schools in Milas district of Muğla province in the 2020-2021 academic years. It is planned to reach entire universe. Within the scope of the research, 153 middle school teachers and 102 high school teachers were reached. The Organizational Justice Scale adapted to Turkish by Taştan and Yılmaz (2008) and The Occupational Professionalism of Teacher Scale developed by Yılmaz and Altınkurt (2014) are applied to the teachers participated in the research. In analyses, descriptive statistic techniques of SPSS 20 such as frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, t-test and ANOVA correlation techniques are used. The findings reached at the end of the research are: (1) The organizational justice perception is perceived as "high" by the middle and high school teachers in the research. (2) The organizational justice perception of middle and high school teachers' do not show statistically significant difference when the variables of gender, school type and professional seniority taking into consideration. (3) The occupational professionalism level is perceived as "high" by the middle and high school teachers in the research. (4) The occupational professionalism levels of middle and high school teachers' do not show statistically significant difference when the variables of gender, school type and professional seniority taking into consideration. (5) A moderately significant relationship is found between the organizational justice perceptions of middle school and high school teachers and their occupational professionalism level.
