Burnout level and causes of middle school teachers

The burnout level of the teachers is not only related to them. Feeling unsuccessful and fraying out sensually will affect the training atmosphere of the teachers that are responsible for counselling and leading. In this situation, to increase the quality of the training atmosphere, it is necessary that the teacher,who are responsible for counselling and leading, feel themselves well. In this reseach, the burnout levels of teachers in secondary schools and the reasons of burnout syndrome was investigated.The mixed method was used.The quantitative data was collected by the survey technique and qualitative data was obtained by the constructed interview form which was developed by the researchers to explain the reasons of high burnout level in teachers. "Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale which was developed by The Maslach and Jackson in 1981 was used as a measurement tool to obtain the data about the burnout levels of teachers who work Esenler, Güngören and Bahçelievler in İstanbul. Accarding to the investment Based on the Emotional extration at lower dimensions, participants seen to have a high degree of the feeling of extinction, besides, according to the ınsensitiviness basement, participants seen to have a normal degree of emotional extration on the other hand, when taking the ''Low personal success'' savement seen taken info consideration, their feeling of extinction degrees were at the lowest rates. This survey contains teachers who works at Bahçelievler, Esenler and Güngören. Samples are equaly divided into Esenler, Güngoren and Bahçelievler and it contains 263 teachers. To figure out teacher's burnout syndrome research of Maslach and Jackson (1981) "Maslach burnout Inventory" and for personal informations his "Personal information Form" were been used. Handling the differences in sexual and Professional seriorities, a meaning ful difference hasn't seen observed, in emotional Extinction, Depersonalization,and Low Personal success at lower dimensions and also a meaningful altenation hasn't been observed, according to the versatiles about age, educotional degrees, or morital statuses.
