Abstract (EN)

The increase in the working women population, number of single employees, flexible working hours and attitudes of similar employees working together foster the interactions between employees within the same organization. The fact that individuals lacking time for their social life causes emergence of workplace romance.Tourism is a sector which has a high interaction between individuals. For this reason, workplace romance behaviors are seen frequently in the tourism sector. To manage workplace romance effectively, it is important to question antecedents and consequences of the romantic relationships. Unmanaged workplace romance affects organizations, employees and the partners of the relationships negatively. One of the most negative consequences of the workplace romance is assumed as the sexual harassment. Especially whenever the so-called romantic relationships end, it is very usual to come across sexual harassment behaviors.The main aim of this research is to evaluate the effects of sexual harassment not only one of the consequences of workplace romance, but also an antecedent of woman?s turnover intention.
