Abstract (EN)
In this study ;Exchanging of administrative and financial system and success of the Turkish Sport Federations after autonomy has been tried to be introduced.It has been used a qualitative research system in this. Working group consists; Six presidents and top- level executive who were also in the same position before autonomy. For this study; face-to-face discussions have been put into practise by half structured interview system, Identification analysis has been put in practice for handled parameters.In the organization of Turkish Sport , Giving autonomy to Sport Federations which are mainly service module of Sport is positive development.As a result of this study; it can be mentioned that; after autonomy, in terms of administrative and financial and success,Turkish sport is having positive transformation. However, stage of today ,it can?t be claimed that ; The federations carry autonomy into practise properly. For satisfying of expectations and aims in connection with autonomy, it is necessary to make plain and be revalued regulation of autonomy . Meanwhile , rules of international sport federations shouldn?t be disregarded.
