Abstract (EN)
The need for energy is increasing day by day. Solar cells are an important alternative to close this gap. In this thesis, Turkey's first indigenous shaft and Mats textile-based flexible solar cells and synthesized in the laboratory size was produced. In addition, the effects of the scattering layer on photovoltaic efficiency on flexible solar cells were also investigated. For this reason, both nanoparticles and hydrothermal and suspended gel (sol-gel) supported polymerizing complex firing method (PCCM) were obtained and TiO2 anodes were produced. Photovoltaic properties of flexible TiO2 anode samples with or without sacrification layer were evaluated. The positive effects of the shear layer on photovoltaic applications were determined
