Abstract (EN)

Assembly is that parts which constitute end product are combined how they are neatly. Assembly line is what products are assembled by way of robotic system, conveyor, etc. More conventional assembly lines what arranges collaterally to another are able to be used in industrial enterprises which more different productions or more same productions are ordered. Parallel Assembly Line Balancing Problem (PALBP) is assembly lines which are collaterally balance simultaneously. Product which is produced is determined at every assembly lines. Number of operator is able to decrease or cycle time is able to decrease whereas products which are produced at the assembly lines are determined different type. In this study, PALBP's extent that products which are assembled at assembly lines are assigned is explained. Purpose of parallel assembly lines balancing and assignment of product problem (PALB-APP) is minimized cycle time. Station oriented mathematical model and operator oriented mathematical model are improved for solution of PALB-APP. Station oriented mathematical model and operator oriented mathematical model are compared on comparison problems that are known well in the sources. According to acquired solutions, operator oriented mathematical model is more efficient than station oriented mathematical model.
