Abstract (EN)
Permanent staff workouts and practice is very important in terms of identifing the work load per head and also sharing work load both fair and in humanistic level. Offering high quality service is the way of being able to exist in increasing competititon conditions.At the front end, in the name of preventing problems it is very important that permanent staff work outs have been done by professionals in behalf of evaluating the performance of working staff and employing suitable people in adequate numbers at the suitable positions. In health sector, expecting overperformance from a staff and forcing the limits may cause mistakes, which are ungovernable and inexpiable, and occupational dissatisfaction and syndrome of exhaustion. Besides, patient satisfaction which is the most important aim of the foundation cannot be supplied.Doubtless, health field is the most important serving sector. It is almost impossible to make a mention of a mistake in this section. For this reason, mentioning the mistakes based on staff?s performence is the biggest source of mistrust. Unfortunately, the most majority of mistakes are based on carelessness, inexperience and disability. Employment in sufficient numbers is needed for the purposes of training the inexperienced staff by the experienced staff in this field and adjusting work loads matching staff, which reflects the effect of permanent staff works on the performence.In order to show the effects of permanent staff work on the performance, this thesis research has been done. After having done the needed literature work for the research, in order to get the maximum benefit of staff performance, permanent staff work has been done at a general operation room with six operation rooms.Key Words: 1) Performance, 2) Performance Managemet 3) Performance Evaluation, 4)Permanent Staff, 5)Planning labor force, 6) Work Analysis
